Heartfelt condolences and any amount of solace and comfort will be insufficient to the bereaved family. One of the best families in the community and this tragic loss is unexplainable and unfathomable. May the almighty provide all the strength to his family at this hour of grief and extreme difficulty.

Whats wrong with this young generation. For small matters they commits suicide. Students should be properly guided and counselling done in Schools/colleges.

Suicidal thoughts at this age is common and nothing else comes to mind at that point of time. Can't blame anyone and it's no use also. What he was going through no one knows.
    We can avoid such incidents
    * Someone who have experienced and failed in suicidal attempts can speak to students and parents in schools and colleges
    * Parents can try to be close and be as best friends to kids
    * One person whom a depressed person can approach when such thoughts comes in mind - Parent, friend, teacher etc who can bring them out of situation.
    * When such thoughts comes in mind, drink a glass of water and try thinking positive side of it.
    * Every problem has a solution.

Rest In Peace Shawn. You'll be dearly missed.

A very sad episode in the life and history a young boy - a student. The parents are very respectable people and it is sad to observe that Shawn took this extreme step.

The Lord knows best. I join several people in offering my condolences to parents of the young man and his close relatives and friends.

May His Soul Rest in Peace

Sad to note this type of incidents. Life hasn't promised bed of roses at every step of the way. If there is happiness then there are challenges too which we don't see or don't want to see but it comes along with happiness no matter what. There is no happiness without sad moments like there is no good without bad then how would you measure good if there is no comparison with bad. Just like destruction like the grain of wheat falls and dies it gives rise to many lives. So don't be discouraged by failures and challenges they are necessary part of life and learning experiences to make stronger and wiser.

RIP... children at this age are very delicate and parents/teachers should talk with them time and again to know their problems and what pressures they are facing. Our whole life has now become running after money to lead a lavish life. Parents dont have time for their kids. Cant blame parents also because life itself has become expensive that both parents have to work for sake of children and run the house, fees etc. Life was better back then when husband used to work and wife take care of house. That way there was time for kids.

Vishu fernandes kalasa,Vishu you are right but with a little change now. That time children too had not much wishes and problems. Now fees ,dresses, education in english schools,,food etc from kids have more weight on parents purse.Travel ,methods too are different.when they dont dress with marked dresses other children make fun of them.parents have to adjust to it whether they want or not.You have to go with time.Where were mobiles that time.?Which child would kill his parent suppose mother or father tells he should put off mobile or take out from his hand?No child would suecide suppose he doesnt get a first rank.yes times have changed.what made this so young boy to suecide is not yet known but he was too young ,to take off his life,Heartfelt sympathies to his family.may his soul rest in peace.
