Bengaluru: Congress troubleshooter D K Shivakumar to be in jail for 14 more days

Bengaluru, Sep 30: Former minister and senior Congress leader D K Shivakumar has been trying his best to come out of the grip of Enforcement Directorate (ED). D K Shivakumar, who is facing the inquiry from the ED with regards to the money laundering case, is in Tihar jail as he could not secure bail. According to the present situation, he has to be in the jail for another 14 days.

D K Shivakumar ended up in Tihar jail as his bail application was rejected repeatedly. Now the inquiry of one more bail application stands postponed by the Supreme Court. The bail application which was to be heard by the bench on September 30 has been postponed to October 14. This means that even if the judicial custody of D K Shivakumar gets over, he still has to be in the Tihar jail till October 14.

ED has served notice to D K Suresh, brother of D K Shivakumar also to attend inquiry. Only time will tell how the whole DK family will come out of the dragnet of ED.

The wealth that they have looted accumulated for generations must be attached and transferred back into the country national's treasury.... 10 Janpath, Abdullah's, Mufti, Pawar, Mamata, Mulayam, Gowda and other merry men and women, made a living and accumulated wealth, power, for hundreds generations... must be hauled up, prosecuted under IPC.... The other band wagon tratiors, who were dreaming and scheming ways and means to break up our great Republic, have now been also silenced for all eternity !!!!!!!

    Did BJP find so far anything with factual proof other than verbal statements and third person visual narrative. If right now both Chidambaram and DKS agree to join BJP all charges will be dropped and immediately clean chit will be issued to them with garlands and loafty promotions. Right. 1000% Right. No doubt about it. That is BJP Justice and accountability.

    BJP in the centre misusing its power and denying legally well deserved bail for DKS. What is the reason for ED and CBI to lock him up for so long if they could not extract anything out of him with all the resources available at their disposal. This is just to soften both Chidambaram and DKS till they yield to BJP's game of plan and join BJP which is never going to happen. It is better to go through this torture than living in hell with BJP. Look at the fate of 17 disqualified MLAs. It's sufficient proof that BJP is a Use and Refuse Plastic Party.

    Who said BJP is trying to joining then into party.? Both r chors to the core and BJP doesn't require support of such criminals. Only khangress support such criminals which is clear from the Advocates they engage.
    Further it is not BJP which filed cases agai St both of them it is CBI and ED.
    Both r cunning and trying to get the "no answer" policy for the questions put them. Their silence itself is proof of their criminal mind /acts. Wait for another week or 10 days one by one will follow them in "Tihar" and once one spill the beans whole lot will crack like "male pataki"
