Mr. Vishwajit Rane if discussions on the state-run Goa Medical College (GMC) suffering due to financial constraint v/s the Rs 5.72 crore spent on the treatment of then CM Parrikar, who was treated for pancreatic ailment is absurd then I assume you too are queuing up for your turn.

"contribution of Manohar Parrikar is huge and it cannot be quantified in terms of money" you mean he has made GOA a SUPERPOWER, and all GOANS are eating gold rice with gold spoons.

You MLAs are robbing the undigested food of the Goans' stomachs and selling GOA to the highest bidders.
