Mangaluru, Aug 14: CODP Mangaluru self help group Fajir held a programme on plastic waste management creation awareness at Fajir church auditorium.

The disadvantages of using plastic, problems caused when plastic reaches ground, how plastic use can be reduced and alternatives for plastic were explained in detail by CODP organizer Rita D’Souza.

Lavina Danti chaired the programme. Irene welcomed the gathering.

Bernard D’Souza rendered the vote of thanks.

CODP activist Gulabi Monteiro was present.
