Mangaluru: ‘Aarogya Abhiyana Mane Mane Ayush’ programme held

Mangaluru, Aug 10: A free medical camp was held as a part of ‘Mane Mane Ayush’ programme of department of Ayush, Dakshina Kannada district at Nava Chetan Jeevana Shikshan Tarabethy Kendra, Checkpost, Mudipu on Augsut 8.

The programme was inaugurated by Fr Roshan Crasta, administrator FMHMC&H, where he stressed the relevance of keeping an objective and to work towards that goal and he assured the support of FMHMC&H for the welfare of the Balepuni village people. Dr Shivaprasad K, principal, FMHMC, explained about Homoeopathy.

Sheena Shetty, director Janashikshan Trust, Balepuni, Hyder Kairangala, taluk panchayat member, Dr Sulekha, AYUSH Foundation coordinator, Bantwal, Dr Manikarnika coordinator, AYUSH department Mangaluru, Dr Sajan K R, HOD department of Community Medicine, Dr Sheena Salin, HOD department of Pathology and camp team leader, and Vivek Fernandes, social worker FMHMC were present. It was followed by a free general medical camp. As many as 50 patients benefited from this free medical camp.
