Mangaluru, Aug 7: Policemen of Mulky station, on Tuesday August 6 evening, took into custody the owner of Preema Fashion on main road, Kinnigoli. The arrested man has been identified as Patric Peter Tauro.

Patric has been accused of behaving in a sexually explicit manner with a boy who had visited his shop.

It is gathered that a boy from Balkunje had visited Preema Fashion shop for buying clothes. At that time, it is said that Peter invited the boy into the shop on some pretext, closed the door, and behaved with the boy in an unacceptable manner. Although the boy tried his best to wriggle out of the clutches of the shopkeeper, he did not succeed.

At that point, another boy visited the shop. Through him, the others came to know what was happening. Immediately, nearby shopkeepers and general public together went to the shop and released the boy from Peter's hands. Mulky police are now questioning the shopkeeper.

This is one version. The other version is that a group of people came forward accusing him of forceful conversion and when they did not find any proof, framed him with above allegations.

This is so horrible. Crimes against boys is not new. Good that they are being reported now.
