Mangaluru: FMMCH holds health camp at Panee-Deralakatte

Mangaluru, Aug 2: A health camp was conducted by the Father Muller Medical College and Hospital with the Catholic Sabha of the Our Lady of Mercy Church, the St Joseph Higher Primary School, Paneer, SVP , Stree Sangatan, Paneer Chruch Pastoral Parishad unit, JCI Lalbhag unit, CODP, Nanthor, Surya Swasa Sahaya, Asaigoli and Kotekaru Patana Panchyayath, on July 28.

As many as 320 people consulted with the doctors and availed treatment. Medicines were provided free of cost to the needy and patients requiring expert care were referred to the hospital with free referral cards. A counter was set up to distribute health care related pamphlets and enrolment for the Father Muller Health Card. The camp was a resounding success with the organizers and the hospital waork being appreciated by the general public.

Dr Dipthi N Castelino, Dr Sanjay H R of the department of Pediatrics. Dr Rochelle Monteiro, Dr Jojan Raju and Dr Priya D’Souza, department of Dermatology. Dr Anita Aramani, Dr Mangala, Dr Rudresha G, department of ENT, Dr May D’Souza, Dr Supriya, Dr Meera, department of Ophthalmology along with Refractionist, Nishmitha, Savitha and interns, Aishwarya, Chandana Manoj. Joyce L D’Souza, Mable G D’Souza, Sonia G. D’Souza, Minju Johnson and Nidhila Charly of the College of Nursing. Sr Mary and Priya, lab technicians, and Drezilla, ECG technician were the health care providers for the day. Sandeep Tellis was the arrangement in-charge and marketing member for the camp.
