Mangaluru, Jul 15: Sangeet Bharati Foundation, here is organising a unique Santavani music programme 'Bolava Vittala' at Town Hall on Sunday July 21 from 5 pm.

'Pancham Nishad' a renowned music event organising unit from Mumbai has been organising 'Bolava vittala' programme in many cities in India with a view to extol god Sree Panduranga during the month of 'Ashaaddha'.

The organisers have been conducting this programme in Pune, Mumbai, Nasik, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Goa, Kolkatta, Bengaluru and many other cities.

In Mangaluru it is held the second time and is held under the aegis of Sangeet Bharati Foundation.

The programme features recitals by music maestroes of international fame such as Pt Raghunandan Panshikar from Pune, Bombay Jayashree and Pt Jayatheertha Mevundi from Hubli, co-artiste Prasad Padhye (tabla), Sukhad Munde (pakhawaj), Aditya Oke (harmonium), Suryakant Surve (side rhythms), S Akash (flute) and Satish Kumar Patri (mridangam).

The coastal music lovers are invited to enjoy sublime music with great music exponents reciting their spell binding non stop 3 hour celestial music.

"It is a free programme (but entry only to bearers of entry pass). Those interested may collect the entry pass by registering their names at Expert PU College, Kodialbail, from July 16," said vice president of Sangeet Bharati Foundation, Narendra L Nayak.
