Karkala, Jul 13: “Dramas should strive for changes in the society, entertaining the fans and sending a message to the society. Changes in the society are possible by dramas with message,” said entrepreneur Shashidhar Shetty.
He was speaking as the chief guest in the Shubha Muhoortha of ‘Andaji Aapuji’ drama written by journalist Vilas Kumar Nitte and enacted by Tuluva Siri artistes at Belman Durgaparameshwari temple on Friday.
“Though there are several drama troupes, the new team is a great contribution to dramatics. Let there be efforts to preserve language and culture while entertaining the audience,” he said.
