Bantwal, Apr 18: The election commission opened a separate polling booth for female voters here and named it as ‘Sakhi’.
Loretto School in Bantwal Vidhan Sabha constituency is identified as the booth specially manned by women for women.
All the staff in the polling booth including polling officer and security staff here are women.
Polling booth officials have beautifully decorated the booth with the cooperation of local people along with slogans.
