Mangalore, Mar 20: The Third JMFC Court here has permitted one more month for the rural police station here, to file report on the suit filed against union minister Renuka Chowdhury.

The case was filed by the then city mayor Ganesh Hosabettu, against the uion minister women and child welfare, for her remark about the 'Talibanization' and 'communal divide' of Mangalore. The court had given time till March 20 for the policemen to file its report in the case.

When the time given by the court expired on Friday March 20, the policemen sought additional time to comply with the court order. The court accordingly, permitted time till April 20 for the department to file its report.

    This case has been registered by Mr. Ganesh Hosabettu, in his personal capacity !!! ( May be forced by BJP to do so) !!!!! Whatever it is can a small ant act againist a rock !! No !!! Answer is no !!!! It is sad that we in Mangalore are trying to stop after effects and not to solve the root cause.

    I thought wise men were made Judges. Its a joke that a complaint from a Joker of a Mayor has been entertained by the court. There are thousand of poor people who need justice and time given to their cases would be well speant. Mr Ganesh should himself withdraw this silly complaint if good sense prevails.
