The owners also should be held responsible for training their driver and conductor for proper conduct and patience. Also, compensation should be paid to the family by the bus owner or their insurance.

It is murder of the innocent passengers. The motto of the private bus owners is to make money in the name of service. It is high time that the govt.introduses its own busses. The bus driver and the conductor must be brought to books, and their licence must be cancelled.

Police should investigate why the drive moved the bus so abruptly that the person boarding the bus sustained a deadly blow on the head. Some local bus drivers are mischievous & have no respect for the passengers.
