Mangalore, Mar 13: The hearing in the case pertaining to the proposal to ban the entry of Sri Rama Sene leader Pramod Muatlik into Dakshina Kannada district has been adjourned for Friday March 13.
Dakshina Kannada district deputy commissioner and district magistrate V Ponnuraj informed that the case would be heard in the court hall of the deputy commissioner at 11 am today. When the case came up for hearing on Thursday March 12, advocate for Mutalik Asha Nayak sought three days time to submit written statements for the notice issued in this connection.
The district magistrate refused to permit time and adjourned the hearing for today. He is likely to pass final orders on March 13.
