Mangaluru, Mar 9: “BJP is not an ordinary political party. It is a strong party now. In the year 1984 elections, BJP had only 2 seats in the Parliament. Then PM Rajiv Gandhi trolled BJP in the Parliament. After continuous efforts we attained clear majority in 2014,” said Union home minister Rajnath Singh here on Saturday, March 9.
He was speaking after inaugurating the convention of Shakti Kendra office-bearers.
“BJP has become the biggest political party in the world. Every representative in the state has contributed to strengthen BJP,” he added.

Lok Sabha election is around the corner. BJP will dominate the state by winning all 28 seats in upcoming elections. We retaliate for every attack on us the way we did in Uri and Pulwama attacks. We have a clear policy that we do not trouble anyone but those who trouble us will be taken care of. Nothing can stop us from destroying terrorists,” he said.
“Some are questioning about Modi’s 56-inch chest. But now it has become 65-inch,” he added.

“Central government has introduced several schemes for the farmers. But the state government is not providing data of farmers to credit Rs 2000 each as first installment under Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. “Economists say that we are the fastest growing economy. We were in the 9th position in 2014. Now we have reached to 6th position and soon we will reach 5th position,” he informed.
