Panaji, Feb 11: Vikram Varma, counsel for Fiona Mackeown, mother of Scarlett, has handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), a bunch of e-mails retrieved from Scarlett's account. One of the mails has the teenager accusing some shack boys of sexually abusing her.

Scarlett was found dead on February 18 last year, next to the shack named by her in the mail.

The British teenager in her mail to her Spanish friend had written that a group of boys from 'Curlie's' shack tried to rape her by showing her porn clippings on a mobile phone. The mail was written three days prior to her death.

"We have given certain e-mails to the CBI which will help them in the prosecution. I do not want to comment further on the content of the mails", said Varma.

Sources close to Fiona's family confirmed that the mail also mentions a rave party which was held at Morjim beach, some 30 kms away from Anjuna. The party was raided by the police. The mail also says that Julio Lobo (Scarlett's Goan friend) was taken away by police during the  raid.

Scarlett, who admits to have been high on drugs after consuming Ecstasy and LSD, was dragged out from the party by a group and later managed to reach  Curlie's shack where she was sexually abused.

"They are unnecessarily involving my shack in the scene.. she was found dead one kilometre away. I am fully co-operating with the investigating agencies including the CBI", said Edwin Nunes, owner of Curlie's shack.

Nunes is a local political heavyweight and was the former sarpanch of Anjuna.

The British teenager who was holidaying with her mother in Goa was found dead on Anjuna shore in a semi-nude state. Two locals were arrested by the police for drugging, raping, and murdering Scarlett.
