Udupi, Jan 29: PWD minister H D Revanna says he knows nothing about chief minister H D Kumaraswamy’s offer to resign.
“Those things are known to the chief minister and party president. I have no comments about the anguish of Congress MLAs. I have no strength to comment on those things. It is a small matter. Do not worry about it. Everything will be alright. There is no need for anxiety in Lok Sabha elections,” he said.
Regarding the news that a woman was insulted by Siddaramaiah, he said that such small problems occur in some circumstances. “Siddaramaiah is not the kind who will insult women. He had only gone to ask the woman. There is no need to be worried about it. The government will last for five years. Kumaraswamy will continue as the chief minister. We will jointly face Lok Sabha elections.”
“Regarding contesting elections by Deve Gowda family, party president and chief minister will decide about it. We will do what the party says. Regarding Nikhil’s candidature is left to the party. None of us are entering by back door. We will come directly through main door,” he said.
