Mangaluru: Murderous attack on youth over forwarding of news clips

Mangaluru, Dec 28: A person, identified as Ritesh Kottary, came under violent attack on the night of Thursday December 27. This has happened even as a complaint of assault and posing of death threat registered Barke police station filed against Rakshith Kottary, an office bearer of an organization named Ballalbagh Friends, is under investigation.

Ritesh Kottary said in a complaint that Rakshith Kottary and some of his friends suddenly approached him when he was in the residence of his grandmother at Nagori and hit him in his chest and face. "The gang members said they were incensed at the fact that I had forwarded news clippings about Rakshith Kottary," he stated.

Ritesh has filed complaint in this connection in Kankanady police station. He also has got admitted into City Hospital here in the city for treatment. Currently he is being treated in the intensive care unit of the hospital.

    Is there no trespassing law in Indian regarding people entering others private property in this case someone’s house ? No matter the issue no one should entert someones private property without police and court orders. Seems like no one cares until someone enters their house and cause havoc
