Mangaluru: BJP office-bearer with gang assaults youth

Mangaluru, Dec 26: In an incident that took place near PVS Circle in city, a gang of men led by a BJP office-bearer Rakshith Kottary assaulted a youth and threatened him.   

Dheeraj (26), a resident of Sesappa Compound, Ballalbagh, Mannagudda in city has filed a complaint in this regard with the Barke police station, in which he has said that a gang of four men, abused in vulgar language and assaulted him while he was working in his office.

In the complaint is mentioned that when Dheeraj was doing the sales and service work in the laptop showroom that is situated at the City Plaza building near PVS Circle in city, Rakshith Kottary, Rohith Shetty, Suraj Kottary and Dinesh entered the office, attacked him and threatened him with dire consequences in a distasteful language.

    Mr. Allan, nobody has any right to take law in their own hands. Police should investigate it thoroughly and take suitable action. Nobody knows if at all there is any truth in these allegations. It might be a cooked up story made to tarnish the reputation of a person due to some personal conflict. Let us not jump the gun here and leave the police to do their job.

    What can we expect from this rowdy party. All the members there are involved in threats, loot, dakaiti, murder, rape, drug traficing, cow smuggling, beef export etc etc. However, its sad that POlice dept. is silent on all these illegal activities. In UP, Police is openly supporting them. Its really a shame. Now its time to the public to come together and teach good lesson to these goondas. Don't expect anything from law enforcing agencies. They will never help you. Teach good lesson to them so that they wiul not do such things again.

    Already there are lot of complaints against him from women saying that he is very abusive and vulgar and threatens them. Several complaints have been given to police commissioner but untill now no action has been taken.
    I think the locals have to teach him a lesson now..
