Six items taken out of the 28% GST tax bracket: Jaitley

New Delhi, Dec 22 (IANS) Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said that six items have been removed from the 28 per cent tax bracket under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime.

There were 34 items in the 28 per cent tax bracket which included luxury and 'sin goods' till now. However, the GST Council in its meeting on Saturday decided to take out 6 items from this list.

Slowly but steadily Mr.Jaitely the lawyer turned finance minister feels Congress advice of single taxation is the only solution for the nation and for the business community after losing the three states.

Finally, from 'Lahoo ka Lagan' on Sanitary napkin to electronics, Congress taxation seems worth for the government.

BJP promised to waive electric bills in Gujrat after congress waived off farmers loan soon after assuming office. May be feeling election heat after a humiliating drubbing from 5 states out right. BJP, no use now, it's all over, even if you do head stand yoga till 2019 you are not going to win elections anymore.
