Bengaluru, Dec 8: In a shocking video which has gone viral, a son is seen assaulting his mother as she advised him against addiction. The son who could not bear his mother advising him, is seen assaulting her with broom in the video.

The 19 year-old-son, Jeevan is seen threatening his mother that he will treat his mother in the same way if she advises him. It is said that Jeevan smokes in front of his mother and also has illicit relationship with a minor girl. The mother had advised to correct him.

His mother who was hurt by her son’s behavior has complained to the police requesting the police to advise her son. A case is registered at Channammanakere Acchukattu police station.

This incident came to light only when mother reached to legal authorities to advice her son ! There are many parents hiding their tears of sorrow of violence or the disrespectful acts of their own kids. We are in the era where we make sure, our kids gets best of best, just to ensure what we had struggle for, we avail kids to make them happy, we think it our abundant love. This boy is certainly not cultivated the habit at his teenage, surely he raised his hand at a very young age, as i have seen many parents do not utter a word when their kids raise hand or give harsh words to their elders from the very beginning, ultimately results is this. Why this Mother sits and obeys the act of her Son, can't she pick up a broom or her sandals ???????? Here in video can see clearly Mother obeys and fear the act of her Son which is reached the level out !!!!

It looks like nothing but a house without a man in house.Such children mostly boys need a man who has a control over the boys and girls .when that is not there or self is a man who lost control himself either with alcohol or died when children were small.such situation exists.Boys get aggressive,start with bad habits,dont listen to parents,mother so wie so not.Mother too should be careful to advice to such grown up ?children (but not in mind)when she knows he will not listen and dare to beat her.sad we have now and then such youngsters.To illicit relationship ,her parents have to lookupon it.when father is there,he should take care of his son ,when he beats his mother.

This man can be punished in 3 ways...

1. since he is above 18, mother can get him out of the house, if she is paying the rent/owning the house.

2. since he is said to have illicit relation with minor, POSCO act can be invoked.

3. Can be booked under Domestic Violence for thrashing mother

Whenever there are some sensible laws people try to misuse it. The guy is 19. They have not mentioned the age of the girl(i wonder why?). so if he has a girlfriend of 16 it cannot be considered under posco act. this whole idea is completely stupid. he is bound to have a girlfriend around his age range.

I have heard many instances where now teen lovers are being targeted by posco act by stupid partents and corrupt police. It mostly targets young boys.

..When we were young we used to get daily corporal punishment from my mom for being naughty...Item used to differ starting from Nagara Betta,pulitta adar till Taperecorder wire...Sometimes green chillies on your eyes..But our love and respect for mother never decreased coz she punishes always for our good...Since corporal punishment is banned nowadays along with excessive pampering by modern day parents which produced spoilt kids...Who now punishes their own mothers....Shameful ungrateful child..

May be he is from any religion...... because of media, friendship etc. Children don't have respect to their elders..... some will get rid of their parents and leave them in Old age home etc. Now children wants only enjoyment..... spend their money as they like.....Films, drugs, friends,clubs, bars etc. Parents mistake is that they will forgive such children and children will do same mistake i.e. mistreating parents. again and again.

This is the state where our moral values have reached today in the name of education, empowerment and development. If, this mother had used a stronger broom on this disgraceful son in disciplining him during his growing age, he would not have dared today to hold the broom on his mother. However, he needs now to be be taught how to respect his mother in a hard way by the law enforcement authority.
