Mangaluru, Dec 3: An audio has gone viral on social sites in which a leader of Congress Minority Cell is asking to encounter Janardhan Poojary for speaking in favour of the construction of Ram Mandir.

Janardhan Poojary had spoken with the media on Sunday, December 3, with regards to the construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. A leader of the Congress Minority Cell, who has riducled Poojary's statement, has released an audio in which he says, "Poojary is having connection with RSS. This very behaviour of him is responsible for his defeat in the Congress party. He has made his relation with RSS public by speaking in favour of Ram Mandir. A person of this kind should not be allowed to live in the country. He should be killed through encounter. In addition, those who speak in favour of Ram Mandir should be killed. Janardhan Poojary should be removed from the membership of the Congress party."

The identity of the person who is speaking over the audio is not known. However, it is learnt that he is a Muslim, a resident of either Mangaluru or Bantwal taluk. People have expressed their outrage against this person.

Details of the audio

In the audio the person says, "Former MP of Dakshina Kannada district, Janardhan Poojary is born to RSS. When I was saying since the last 10 years that he is having tie-up with RSS, no one believed me. The people in the Congress party itself were reprimanding me. Nowadays everyone knows the fact.

"When Poojary's book was released he did not invite the chief minister of Karnataka. When he invited RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat and others, every citizen of Dakshina Kannada district should have thought about his behaviour. Till Congress party does not rusticate Janardhan Poojary, who is having understanding with the communal minded Prabhakar Bhat and RSS, no Muslim should support Congress party. The party should publicly clarify as to why they are still continuing with useless Janardhan Poojary, who is having relation with BJP and RSS.

"It is a big tragedy that God has given so much years of life to a dirty person like Poojary. This person should not be allowed to live in our country. He should be killed through encounter. He is giving statements against our Constitution. All those people who give statements like 'we will build Ram Mandir at any cost', even when the case is at the Supreme Court, should be encountered and killed. Otherwise, they should be extradited out of the country. This Janardhan Poojary who is born to RSS should not be kept in our district, country and Congress party for any reason,” he says in the audio.
