Sullia, Oct 29: The differences which arose between two Hindu groups led respectively by Chaithra Kundapur and Guruprasad Panja resulting in remanding of Chaithra and six other activists to judicial custody, are likely to be addressed by Sangh Parivar leaders shortly.

Sources said that a conciliation meeting between the two groups, in all probability, would be held in a couple of days. The meeting is scheduled to be attended by five members from each of the warring sides, and 12 senior members of Sangh Parivar. Sangh Parivar leaders have sent messages to both the sides to keep five activists prepared for the meeting, which may be held at any point of time with short notice.

In this case, Hindu Jagran Vedike leader, Guruprasad Panja, is being treated in the hospital while police complaint has also been filed against Ashit Kallaje, Teertharam etc who belong to Panja's group. They are currently not available.

On the issue of certain differences, friction and attack had happened in Subrahmanya between the two groups. Both the sides have come up with different versions of the incident. Chaithra Kundapur has been emerging as a firebrand orator of Hindu organizations in coastal Karnataka.
