Corruptions to be eradicated from the top not from the bottom ! bottom is always looking at top and follow ! If the top strict to ethics then the bottom will shy or afraid of doing wrong things !

Almost all the bureaucrats are sleeping all the times ! sometimes when they have some reason to get the publicity then go for the investigation or inspections ! This will not make any change in public life or personal life as these crimes or offenses are repetitive without any control. courts are there to give the bail and cases in the court roll another many years to come ! We say there is law existing but what kind of law ? which is no clue of current scenario and people become very smart to find the loopholes of 100 year old laws !!

If all corrupt officials are suspended, head count will be reduced to less than 15% in govt. departments.
