Mangaluru: Nine-day novena at St Jude Shrine begins with unfurling of flag

Mangaluru, Oct 21: The nine-day novena prior to the annual feast of St Jude Shrine, Pakshikere began with the unfurling of St Jude’s flag held here at the church premises on October 19.

Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza, former parish priest of Pakshikere Church hoisted the flag.

The first day novena as a preparation for the feast of St Jude began with the praise and worship followed by Eucharistic celebration, novena and adoration.

Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza conducted entire ceremony. Meal was served for the devotees.
