Rudrappa belonged to Rattihalli in Haveri district. He had been suspended on October 11 on the allegation of improper behaviour with a girl at the SAI centre in north Bengaluru here. A complaint was also filed at Jnanabharathi police station here against him.
In a railway ticket he had with him, Rudrappa, addressing the director general of SAI, said that his wife and son are innocent and asked her to help them out. He also said that he does not have any wrong opinion about SAI.
