Bangalore, Oct 22: The Air hostess aspirants, who had joined training institutes, spending huge amounts of money and with a dream of flying high, are now faced with an uncertain future. With the recent turn of events in the aviation sector, it seems that the dreams of several students studying in various air hostess training academies across the country have been shattered.
A senior officila of an Air Hostess Training Institute says that despite the crisis, placements for students would not be an issue as a few regional airlines are coming up soon. This is just a phase and the airline industry will recover soon.
As many institutes included training in hospitality in their curriculm, the students could consider that sector too, he added.
The Business Development officer of an aviation academy says, the slump will sort itself out. He assured them that it would not be that much difficult to find jobs.
However, the students are anxious about their future in the industry. The students claim that they have spent a large amount of money in joining the training institutes and now they are not assured of good jobs in the aviation Indusrty at the end of their training. As such, they have been left in the lunch, in this hour of crisis, they said.
