BANGALORE, Oct 15: Home Minister V.S. Acharya has expressed concern over Bangladeshi and Pakistani nationals overstaying in the State. He has appealed to the Union Government to introduce a national personal identification registrar for identifying foreigners who are staying in the State after the expiry of their visas.

Many such foreigners were also fomenting communal trouble. They need to be identified and deported straightway, he said.
