Bengaluru: 180 voter identity cards found scattered on road

Bengaluru, May 14: Even as investigation is going on about recovery of nearly 10,000 voter identity cards from an apartment at Jalahalli within Rajarajeshwari Nagar constituency here on the even of election, another such incident was reported on Sunday May 13.

On Sunday, about 180 voter identity cards were found scattered on the road near the housing board flyover within Rajajinagar assembly constituency. The people in the area believe that this also is an indication of some foul play in the election.

All the cards belong to Rajajinagar and Basaveshwaranagar wards. After they come to know about the incident, Vijayanagar police arrived on the spot, collected the cards and registered a case.
