FIRST OF ALL POLICE SHOULD ARREST THOSE WHO HAVE BAILED OUT THESE CRIMINALS IN EARLIER CASES. THEY ARE THE MAIN CULPRITS BEHIND CRIMES THERE BY ASSURING TO BAILOUT IF
CAUGHT BY POLICE IN FUTURE TO BE ANSWERABLE.

WE WANT A GOVT. TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM OF THIS SORT.
WE HOPE MODI MAY DO IT IF HE GETS FULL SUPPORT LIKE DEMONITISATION WHICH CONGRESS COULD NOT DO IT IN TWO SUCCESSIVE TERMS.
