Safety wise a storage facility for oil in a highly populated area is not recommended. The government should choose waste land and less densly populated areas for such purposes. Authorities must educate locals what will happen in case of terrorist attack/war/fires etc... and how they can escape from tragedy. "SAFETY FIRST"
