Bengaluru, Mar 16: Mohammed Haris Nalapad has again landed in fresh trouble, this time regarding a land encroachment case.
Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force (BMTF), on basis of a complaint by BBMP revenue officials, has filed a first information report (FIR) on February 23, against Nalapad and 17 others for encroaching three acres and 29 guntas of land near KPCC head office in Vasanth Nagar.
“The BBMP commissioner has registered complaints that 33 properties in Millers Tank Bund have been encroached upon and Mohammed Nalapad is also among the accused. Currently, the documents are being verified and the accused have been directed to produce their documents for verification. Action will be taken after the document verification,” BMTF ADGP Prashant Kumar Thakur told a newspaper.
Vasanth Nagar revenue inspector Seetharam and revenue officer Lingaiah, filed the complaint.
Mohammed Nalapad, son of Congress MLA N N Harish, is the prime accused in case for assaulting Vidwath in UB City. He is facing attempt to murder charges and is presently under judicial custody.
