Mangaluru, Feb 7: The foundation stone laying ceremony of 'Mathura', a luxury apartment project of Nirmaan Homes, was inaugurated by former minister Krishna J Palemar at Derebail here on Wednesday February 7.

Addressing the gathering, Palemar said, "Any project should be started with self-confidence and belief along with the blessings of God. The market has been dull in recent times, but Krishnaraj Salian of Nirmaan Homes is a very alert man and will handle the pressure well.

"Nearly 82 families will reside in this new apartment. Builders who are concerned about their customers can survive in this industry. Builders should make sure that customers' demands are fulfilled," he said.

Chartered accountant Keshav Ballakuraya said, "I congratulate the promoters for making 'Mathura', an infrastructure project.
