Mangaluru, Jan 12: Mangaluru-based real estate developer Land Trades Builders & Developers has begun the New Year on a good note with the reconfirmation of its 'DA3+' real estate developer rating by CRISIL, the premier ratings organisation. 'DA3+' rating indicates that the developer has a 'good ability to execute real estate projects as per specified quality levels within the stipulated time schedule, and to transfer clean title deeds'.
CRISIL reconfirmed the 'DA3+' after undertaking stringent quality audit of the firm under various standardised parameters. The reconfirmation was conveyed to Land Trades via CRISIL's letter and certification dated December 29, 2017.
Land Trades has said that it is proud to accept the reconfirmation of 'DA3+' rating, which was achieved despite recessionary trend in the economy and stressful market conditions in real estate sector.
