Mangaluru, Nov 30: The muhurat of Ismael Moodshedde’s next directorial venture Tulu film ‘Pammanne the Great’ was held on November 27.

President of ‘Tulunada Rakshana Vedike’ Yogesh Shetty Jeppu, director Ismael Moodshedde, actors Pruthvi Ambar and Aravind Bolar and the crew was present for the muhurat.

The film will have Shilpa Suvarna as the female lead. Child artist Dhvanith Suvarna Kateel and Sandalwood’s Ramesh Pandit will also be part of the film. Pran Shetty and Vijay Mayya will play negative roles.

The evergreen song from 'Pagetha Puge' a big hit in the seventies, 'Mokeda Singari' will be sung by well-known Sandalwood singer Rajesh Krishnan. The music will be composed by S P Chandrakanth. Seetharam Kulal, Suresh R S, Harshith Someshwar, and K V Krishnakanth will write the lyrics.

The story, screenplay, and dialogues will be written by Ismael Moodshedde. Cinematography will be handled by R K Mangaluru.
