Something is fishy here. These people have broken the law but their heads are uncovered, whereas the persons who were arrested for the honey trap of Hanif had their heads covered. What are the police doing? Are they taking bribes to cover the heads of certain accused to hide their identities while those who do not pay have their heads uncovered and their identities revealed? The DC & Commissioner of Police must answer this. The public must be aware of this. CBI enquiry required.

    Indian Law says....
Possession of illegal drugs and substances - depending on the quantity of drugs you are caught with and the type of drug, you can be sent to jail for up to 20 years.

Repeat offenders (usually those involved in trafficking) can be given up to 30 years or the death penalty in extreme cases.

will the above public menace get any of the punishments

None of d parents support this. It does not happen vd d knowledge of d parents.

Parents must b sick of such children. They must have really suffered to see these children growing. But blood is thicker than water wherefore parents must be only waiting n praying to see their children giving up these habits
