Mangalore, June 6: The results show a marked improvement compared to the first semester results in both the courses, which indicates that the students have adapted themselves to the autonomy scheme.
The overall pass percentage for the BA degree examinations is 82.53. Out of the 63 students who appeared for the examination, 5 have passed with A grade, 15 each with B+ and B grades, and 13 with C+ grade. The topper is Mahesh B S (88.75%), followed by Anuja Prabhu (87.37%) and Aparna Raveendranath (85.25%) in the second and third places respectively.
In the BSW degree examinations, the pass percentage is 86.04. As many as 8 students have passed with B+ grade, 20 with B and 7 with C+ grades out of the 43 who appeared for the exams. Manjunath S Mithra tops with 76.94% while Remya Thomas (76.58) and Reena R (74.94%) bagged the second and third places respectively.
