Mangaluru, Sep 22: The state government has sanctioned Rs 2 cr to the coastal development authority for executing 11 works in the city South constituency, said MLA J R Lobo.
The amount is sanctioned for the concreting of several roads.
Concreting of roads
A sum of Rs 15 lac was allotted towards concreting the stretch from the Rego Bagh, Maroli, to Jayanagar second crossroad; Rs 20 lac was allocated to concretise the road from near Gopalkrishna temple to Mugurodi Preethinagar at the cost of Rs 20 lac. A road from Kucchikadu Nagabana to Kandka will be concreted at the cost of Rs 15 lac.
Padil-Niddelu road concretisation will be done at the cost of Rs 15 lac. Kulshekar Dairy main road concreting will be done at Rs 15 lac.
An amount of Rs 35 lac a for concreting of the road at Kalavu and construction of bridge.
The stretch from Amevu in Bajal to Kallugudde will be concreted at a sanctioned amount of Rs 15 lac.
Stretch from Kankanady Mahalingeshwara Temple to central excise residential quarters will be concreted at Rs 10 lac.
Naguri Gudda Thota road will be concreted at Rs 15 lac.
The stretch from Karmbistana main gate to Sangam Friends Club will be concreted, and drainage will be constructed at the cost of Rs 15 lac.
Rs 30 lac has been allocated for concreting the Level main road, Bolar, he informed.
