Kasargod: KSRTC bus rams bike - One killed, another injured

Kasargod, Sep 18: A bike rider was killed when a KSRTC bus hit his bike. The pillion rider on the bike was seriously injured. The incident occurred on national highway near Hosangadi petrol pump on Monday afternoon, September 18.

Nithin Kumar (22), resident of Bandyodu Adka Bhagavathi nagar is the deceased. Pillion rider Chetan (24) has been admitted in a hospital in Mangaluru. 

 

The accident happened when Nithin was returning from the house of his relatives at Manjeshwar. The bus was on its way from Kasargod to Mangaluru.

The dead body of Nithin has been kept at Mangalpady community health center morgue. 

Manjeshwar police have registered a case.
