If I recall correctly - I think Mr. Stany Fernandes was The President of MCCP for a long time and indeed he has rendered yoman services to The Association. It is heartening to know that Our people do so well all over the world and they indeed remember their roots. It is expedient that people like Stany and Clerence remember their less fortunate brothers in Mangalore and try and help them by finding suitable assignments for them. I have known not only Stany but also his parents in Mangalore. Coming from very good catholic background Stany has indeed proved to be a man of the soil. My hearty congrats to Clarnece Donald Pinto. I wish him a long and happy tenure. Joe Gonsalves
