Mangaluru: Student of law college goes missing mysteriously

Mangaluru, Aug 3: Shilpa (20), a resident of Basavanagara in Kunjathbail here, who was pursuing degree course in law, has gone missing since July 28 this year.

Shilpa was studying law at Vivekananda College Puttur. After her semester examination she was at home. At 9 am on July 28, she left her home, telling her family members that she would come back after visiting Puttur. Since then she has not been seen, and her cellphone has been found to have been switched off.

The student's father, Tania H, who searched for his daughter at various places, filed complaint at Kavoor police station on July 29.

Shilpa's height is 5'2", her complexion is fair, she is of lean build, and was wearing a purple Churidar when she left home. She can converse in Kannada, Tulu and English languages. People having any information about her are requested to get in touch with Kavoor police station in the city.

    it would have helped to show a foto of the girl .When people not knowing her cant help .Now young girls going missing has become a fashion.why girls go out of their house ,usual envirement cant be said.Is it their studies are making them bored or too much,then say it and do it something them pleasing.But all of a sudden disappear,without saying to parents who make lot of sorrows .and with right.They brought her up ,so many years ,educationetc.If any other plans of settling down?of course parents should know.Dont fall into a open well.or want to join any other religion?BUT NOT WITHOUT parents knowledge and concent.?Girls,dont do that.It is a dangerous way you are going.you dont know nothing behind the walls.Open your eyes.It is not too late,think again and come safely home.It is also your good health dear girl.Kidly inform your parents atleast that you are safe and why you went away ,.Feel so sorry for the parents who must be now already at the deep point ,out of sorrow.
