Muscat, Jul 22: Laxmish Bhandary, managing director of Bhandary Builders unveiled the brochure of his ambitious project 'Bhandary Vertica' residential complex at a programme held at Al Falaj Hotel, Ruwi on July 14.
Venu Sharma, chief executive of Bhandary Builders gave details of the residential complex.
The city's entrepreneurs Sarvotham Shetty, social activist of Abu Dhabi, Shashidhar Shetty, Shanker Shetty, Diwaker Shetty, S K Poojary, Sunil Furtado, Saleem Sheikh, Chandrashekar Shetty were present. “Mangaluru which is growing, is named Smart City. Several of Bhandary Vertica's upcoming smart high tech specialties will make it the pride of Mangaluru,” added Laxmish Bhandary, promoter of Bhandary Builders.
Bhandary Vertica will be the tallest residential complex in south India with 56 floors. The first 34 floors have just one flat each with an area of 4,250 square feet. Duplex flats with two floors are located on the 35th floor onwards. It offers a number of modern facilities of international quality.
