Mangalore, Apr 17: Bangalore Aryabhata Research Institute will present its prestigious Aryabhata award to five deserving Mangaloreans at the Ravindra Kalakshetra here on Thursday April 17.

The awardees selected for this award belong to different segments of Dakshina Kannada district. These include Sridevi Educational Institute president A Sadanand Shetty in the teacher's category and Corporation Bank head office chief manager B R Bhat for banking.
Similarly Indian Medical Institute DK district division president Prof Satish Bhandari in medical social service category, Syndicate Bank retired manager M V Mallya in medical and media, and Corporation Bank head office chief manager Dundiraj for art of joke have also been selected from Dakshina Kannada district.
