Udupi, Mar 19: District unit of Dalit Sangarsha Samiti (DSS) staged protest in front of the office of Deputy Commissioner (DC), urging the district administration, to revoke the union government's directive on minimum of 60 per cent mark criterion to Dalit students to avail scholarship and other related benefits

Thinkers Kalkuli Vithal Hegde, G Rajashekar along with hundreds of DSS activists led the protest.
