Mangalore, Mar 17: Oriental Bank of Commerce, a premier public sector bank opened its 1309th branch at Fr Muller Homeopathic Medical College premises, Deralakatte near here on Monday March 17.
Addressing newspersons here on Monday March 17 Allen C A Pereira, executive director of the bank, said that the new branch is its 20th one in the state. The bank has 1309 branches with 79 extension counters and 730 ATMs spread across 26 states and union territories. All the branches are inter-connected through Core Banking Solution (CBS).
Fr Patrick Rodrigues, director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions inaugurated the branch. The inaugural ceremony was graced by S C Das, regional head of Karnataka and Kerala states.
