Mangaluru, Mar 27: Nishan Kumar (26) from Uppala Bekoor committed suicide by jumping across a moving train on the night of Saturday March 25 near Kolya, Someshwar here.

It is gathered that Nishan had completed his Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree through Shree Devi College here. Reportedly, he was frustrated at the fact that he had been unable to bag a lucrative employment so far.

The youth, who was working for a private concern, reportedly expressed a sense of dejection he was going through because of not getting a good job, with his elder brother on Saturday. He also said he did not have any interest to live on. But his brother had advised him to have faith and continue with his efforts, and to think of his parents both of whom are sick.

Nishan who left home thereafter could not be contacted. At night the family members had searched for him at various places but failed to find him. On Sunday morning, his body was found by the side of the railway tracks at Kolya. A death note found in his pocket merely said that he himself was responsible for his death. Railway police who registered the case, are investigating.

Very sad news . I express my heartfelt condolence to the family. I advise all the youngsters not to give up hope in almight God. He is the Creator of all us and He will take care of us. Sooner or later we will succeed in our efforts. Please dont get frustrated and face the situation. Everyone will not get what he or she wants. Be happy with whatever you are blessed by God. May God bless our youth with right way of thinking and take care of them. Dears brothers this is my humble request to you for the sake of your beloved parents. Pls dont hurt your parents.

At least he should have thought about his parents before taking this unacceptable step.
Suicide is not the solution, hard work is. Never be a quitter.
