    Congratulations to the builders. No doubt this is a great project by Brigade group and a remarkable landmark for the city. But in the meantime it is to be taken as sign for many calamities to the city of Mangaluru. Last year we have experienced a very bad water shortage and these kind of projects with swimming pools, increase in no of people using potable water, certainly this year we might have to face bigger challenges. Presume the concerned authorities are taking a note of this.

    Another great news that bring additional name and fame for Mangalore, the Smart City. New and dynamic complexes such as these bring new progress and affluence to the City and also provides motivation for more people to settle down in Mangalore and help the local economy.

    New housing facilities with all the modern amenities will obviously attract more people to retire in Mangalore in order to pave way for their future generation to prosper.
