Udupi: Bahrain Billavas hands over Rs 2.25 lac to patient of kidney failure

Udupi, Dec 15: Bahrain Billavas of Guruseva Samithi handed over a cheque of Rs 2.25 lac to Kidiyoor resident Shashidhar suffering from both kidney failures.

Bahrain Billavas founder president Raj Kumar handed over the cheque at the residence of Shashidhar. Members of the organization, Rohidas, local Jithesh Kumar, Ramraj Kidiyooru and Diwaker were present.

Shashidhar works as a pump operator at grama panchayat and is said to be poor. Raj Kumar had requested for contribution from donors towards medical treatment of Shashidhar costing several lac.
