Mumbai, Sep 1: The general manager of Bharath Bank, Nithyananda D Kotian retired on August 31 after a long meritorious service in the bank. He had joined the bank in 1992 as management trainee. He worked
relentlessly for the progress of the bank.



After working as manager at several branches of the bank during the course of his service, he was promoted as general manager and head of the progress department before he retired completing 24 years of
service.

He has held senior positions at Billavara Association social organization for the last 25 years. He was the president of Billavara Association, life member of Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha, Thonse Brahmabaidarkala Pancha Dhoomavathi Garodi Mumbai sub committee president, Kannada Sangha Santacruz vice president and honorary president of Kasargod Uppala Kondevooru Nithyananda Yogashrama Samithi, Mumbai.

He is staying with his wife Shashi Nithyanand and only daughter Nisha Nithyananda at Santacruz, Vakola.
