Udupi, Nov 8: Control Instrumentation Systems Conference (CISCON), the fourth national-level conference, organized by Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) and sponsored by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) will be held here on Friday November 9 and Saturday November 10.
The main purpose of CISCON is to provide a platform in order to present the progress achieved in the filed of instrumentation and control, said PKA Muniswaran, joint director of the institute addressing presspersons here on Wednesday November 7.
The said conference will also focus on the wide spectrum of subjects or issues and challenges in the filed.
The conference will be attended by nearly 100 delegates from different parts of the country from reputed institutions, including IITs, NITs and Anna University, he informed.
The conference will be inaugurated by Rajasekharan Warrier, vice-chancellor of Manipal University, said the joint director.
