Mangaluru: Young woman commits suicide

Mangaluru, May 16: A resident of Kunjathbail in the city committed suicide in the bathroom of her home on Saturday May 14.

Reshma (24), wife of Santosh from Kunjathbail hanged herself in the bathroom of her home on Saturday afternoon.

It is gathered that the couple had married five years ago. They have a three-year-old female child. It is said that Reshma used to suffer from bouts of depression in the recent past, and this has been suspected to be the reason for her suicide.

A case has been filed at Kavoor police station in this connection, and police personnel have taken up investigation.
